What we process

Visiting the site

Our server in Vienna stores access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for 14 days on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google.

Domain search

Your search term is sent to our automation platform (n8n, own server) and on to the registrars Namecheap, Inc. (USA) and INWX GmbH (Germany) to check availability. No personal data is included.

Orders

Name, e-mail, company and billing address are processed to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland); invoice data is kept in our ERP (Odoo, own server) for 7 years (§ 132 BAO). Registrant data is passed to the registrar and registry; Whois privacy is enabled where available.

Customer portal

Hosting customers get access to Plesk on our server; access and usage data is processed there to fulfil the contract and prevent abuse.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints: Austrian Data Protection Authority, dsb.gv.at.
