Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. Order hosting only and point your nameservers at ours; the details come with the setup e-mail.

How is billing handled?

Yearly in advance by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer via Stripe. The invoice is issued by cloud.consult e.U. with an Austrian VAT ID.

Can I upgrade or cancel?

Upgrading to a larger plan is possible at any time; cancel at the end of the term with one click in your customer account.
