For most websites the choice is easier than all the numbers suggest. Three questions decide: how many websites do you run, how many mailboxes do you need – and do you want WordPress?

Starter: your first website
Starter suits a single, manageable website: a business card site, portfolio, club or event page – for example as static HTML or exported from a website builder. Plus a few mailboxes for you and your team.
Plus: blog, WordPress and a small shop
Plus is our recommendation for most people: several websites, much more storage and mailboxes, and one-click WordPress – the installer creates the database and admin access for you. Ideal for a blog, a company website with team mailboxes or a small online shop.
Pro: several projects and staging
Pro is for anyone looking after several projects – such as agencies or companies with several brands. It also includes a staging environment: you test changes on a copy of your website before they go live.
What every plan includes
- SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt – issued automatically and renewed every 90 days
- Daily backups of the last seven days, restorable yourself in the Backup Manager
- Plesk panel for websites, DNS records, mailboxes and databases
- Upload via FTP, SFTP or the file manager
Term and switching
When you buy, you choose one or two years; with two years you get a one-off 10 % discount. After that the plan renews yearly at the regular price and can be cancelled to the end of the term. You can switch to a larger plan at any time and only pay the difference for the remaining term.
Don’t forget the domain
The domain is not included in the webspace. You order it at the same time – or you use your existing domain and point the nameservers at your registrar to ours. The details are in the setup e-mail.
Common questions
Do I need the Plus plan for WordPress?
One-click WordPress installation is included from the Plus plan.
Can I switch to a larger plan later?
Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference for the remaining term.
How many mailboxes do I need?
Count one mailbox per person plus general addresses such as office@ or invoices@. You create new mailboxes yourself in Plesk under “Mail”.
