* Guide value with the default model (Claude Sonnet or Mistral Large). A typical task is e.g. summarising and answering an e-mail, researching something or drafting a short document. Long tasks, large files and very long conversations use more. Claude Opus uses about twice as much as Sonnet, Haiku and Mistral Small only a fraction.

Just the server, no AI usage. You add your own API key (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral). We recommend an API key from the provider. Claude subscriptions (Pro/Max) do not automatically cover use in third-party software; we do not accept Claude login credentials.

How fast can I start?
Within 24 hours of payment we set up your server and send you the access details by e-mail.
How much can I do with a plan?
The number of tasks per plan is a guide value for typical tasks with the default model. Very long conversations use the most, because the model re-reads the whole history with every message – starting a fresh conversation per topic saves a lot. You see your usage any time in your IQ Cockpit.
What is the difference between IQ Europe, IQ Smart and IQ Power?
IQ Europe runs Claude in EU data centres (Amazon Bedrock) – our recommendation for businesses. IQ Smart uses Mistral, a European provider: cheaper per task, so more tasks for less money. IQ Power uses Claude directly at the provider in the USA – strongest at complex, multi-step tasks, but not intended for personal data.
What happens when the credit is used up?
IQ Guard pauses model requests; your data and settings stay. New credit arrives with the next month, or you top up right away with IQ Boost.
Which option is GDPR-compliant?
IQ Europe (Claude via Amazon Bedrock, EU data centres only) and IQ Smart (Mistral, European provider, EU hosting) process your input in the EU. With IQ Power, processing takes place in the USA.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, monthly. Write to us to switch plans; you can cancel yourself in subscription management at the end of the current month.
